Shipping Information:
Expect your order to be mailed within 2-3 business days via USPS First Class or Priority Mail depending on weight and via USPS First Class International for International buyers.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Refunds are only provided for items which are shown to be damaged due to the negligence of Black Sheep Tshirts or for which the item description did not match the item provided in some way.
Items may be exchanged for items of equal or lesser value provided the returner agrees to pay all monies required to return item to Black Sheep Tshirts and the regular shipping and handling fees required to ship the new item.
Purchasers needing to return/exchange merchandise should first email returns@blacksheeptshirts.com with a full description of their needs prior to returning merchandise. All returns and exchanged materials should be mailed to the following address:

Shipping Rates and Times: Currently we only offer two types of shipping for our customers. Why you ask, because we find that these are the most effective ways to keep your costs down while maintaining quick shipping times and reduce the possibility of lost items. For all orders please allow up to two business days for your item to be processed before your order is actually mailed.
For US buyers we offer USPS First Class Mail (we automatically upgrade to USPS Priority Mail for orders over 13 oz). Transit time for these items is usually 2-3 business days. The rates for domestic buyers are $4.95 for the first item and $2 for each additional item. For example if you order 4 shirts your cost would be $4.95 + 3*$2 = $10.95, not bad at all.
For International buyers we offer USPS Airmail Parcel Post. Transit times for these items is usually 6-10 business days. The rates for international buyers are $9 for the first item and $4 for each additional item.
